Hi, I’m Dee Sarwan.  I’ve been on the Gluten and Dairy Free path for well over 12 years now,

A South American native who thoroughly enjoys experimenting with food.  Mixing cultural staples into mainstream meals to create tasty, unique dishes and robust flavours.

Toronto has been home for several decades now, but the love of freshly harvested root foods, fruits and veggies is still very much a huge part of my life.

I was inspired to create this product line so that others like myself can have cookie when we are out at the coffee shops hanging with a friend.


Can I Add More Sweetener to these Cookies?

Absolutely, the E-dacious cookie premixes were designed to give  you  100% control of the amount of sugar you are consuming.

Add a little, a lot, or none at all – cookies are still tasty.

Can I add nuts or berries to this cookie mix?

You must definitely can!  Infact, we encourage you to do so.  Theses mixes are meant to be a guilt-free treat made the way you like it!

How Do I Prepare These Cookie Mixes?

Step 1:  Add 1/3 cup Oil

Step 2:  Add 1/2 cup milk

Step 3:  Place on Cookie sheet and Bake


What Type of Milk Do I use?

If you are not bothered by regular dairy milk, then use it.

Alternatively, any dairy alternative will do.
