Let’s Talk Inflammation
Often the silent culprit behind chronic pain.
It’s possible to suffer from chronic inflammation without knowing it?
For some, certain things like stomach aches or headaches occur frequently. The person suffering may not know the reason for the ailments, but in some cases, chronic inflammation may be the issue.
Other signs of chronic inflammation include:
● Fatigue or low energy
● Mouth sores
● Abdominal pain
● Chest pain
● Body pain
● Skin rashes
● Excessive mucus production
● Poor digestion
The most cost effective way to combat inflammation
Take a pause and observe how your body is feeling. If you have these symptoms often, then it’s probably something to investigate further.
For me, I am managing inflammation alongside a gluten free dairy free lifestyle.
You may say this is a lot of work ==> reality is, you would give anything to be healthy again when you’re down, it doesn’t matter how much work it takes, wouldn’t you?
You may say it’s expensive ==> ask yourself what will hospital bills, physio and other treatments cost?
You may say you’re too busy to take on this lifestyle ==> how busy will you be when you can’t move?
I don’t take this lightly because I’ve been down, I’ve been at the mercy of expensive therapies, I’ve been immobilized.
I’ve since made it my personal mission to help others to experience how simple and easy gluten and dairy free can be and how to kick inflammation out of my life without medications or expensive theraphies.
Here is Why I will Juice Until The Day I Die to fight inflammation
Juicing has saved my life. Simple. There’s no other way to live a full life pain free without prescribed meds or the constant pain from inflammation.
Not to mention what those meds do to your stomach with prolonged use. No thanks, I like real, clean food.
I don’t have a garden
If you are able to grow your own veggies great, however nothing wrong with grabbing some extras when you’re shopping.
My two aces are ginger root and tumeric root. It doesn’t really matter what green venetables I use and I rotate each time I make a fresh batch. BUT, I always add ginger and tumeric roots to it. These keep my inflammation issue in check and I never have to reach for painkillers.
Effective way to Juice?
Get single serve bottles and flash freeze as soon as you’ve made the juice. Inflammation doesn’t stand a chance with these two powerhouses.
I try to be somewhat consistent. At the end of the summer when the harvest is plentiful I juice as much as I can and store them in the freezer.
Remember freeze as soon as you’re done juicing.
