Thin Crust Pizza

A finger licking good pizza gluten and dairy free.

 

 

Pizza this good – all day, every day!!

Not only does it taste like it’s made by a five star chef but it performs.  There’s nothign like a soggy crust which crumbles when you add your toppings.

I love to load up my pizza with all my favourites.

This crust is perfect for a regular pizza for those in your family who eats dairy.

For the cheeseless option – simply add the veggies onto the wet base before baking – no sauce required.  Best of all you won’t  be wearing your veggies when you try to eat your cheeseless pizza.

Ingredients for thin crust pizza:

==> 1/2 cup oat flour

==> 1/4 cup brown rice flour

==> 1/2 cup navy bean flour

==> 2 tbsp arrowroot flour

==> 3 tbsp chickpea flour

==> 1 tsp baking powder

==> 1/2 tsp salt

==> 2 tbsp olive oil

==> 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

==> 1 whole eggs

==> 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

==> 3/4 cups warm water

Steps to making thin crust pizza with sauce and cheese:

Step 1 ==> Add all dry ingredients together and mix well.

Step 2==> In a separate bowl, beat eggs until light in colour.

Step 3==> Add oil, water, maple surup, apple cider vinegar to beaten eggs.

Step 4==> Add dry mixture to wet ingredients, mix thoroughly.

Step 5==> Heat oven to 400 degrees

Step 6==> Lined a 10-12 inches pizza pan with parchment paper (or 4 x 8 inch pans)

Step 7==> Scoop batter onto pan. Use a mini spatula to spread the dough evenly

Step 8 ==> Cook for 20 mins

Step 9==> Remove from oven, remove parchment paper, and flip over (crunchy side on top)

Step 10==> Layer with pizza sauce, toppings, and cheese of choice

Setp 11==> Cook for another 20 mins at 400 degrees

Step 12==> Remove from oven, place on cuttng board, cut in to slices and serve

Steps to making cheeseless thin crust pizza:

Step 1 ==> Follow Step 1 – 7 as above

Step 2==> Add toppings to the wet base, this will allow the toppings to cook

with the base keeping it from falling off

Step 3==> Bake for 35 -40 mins at 400 degrees Fahrenheit

Step 4==> Remove from oven, place on cuttng board, cut in to slices and serve
